Making ends meet is the nightmare that millions of people face, either because of their poor economic situation or because they don’t know how to manage expenses relatives. From a young age we are taught to read, to solve equations and to know the capitals of the world, but who teaches us personal accounting?
Oddly enough, our grandparents had the ability to manage money cent by cent, expenses were reduced to “A, B and C” and if you had 100 pesetas you couldn’t spend 200, as my grandmother used to say “if you have 4, save 3 and do not spend 5». A saying so simple that today it is almost impossible to practice.
The appearance of new technologies, new needs that did not exist before and the ease of spending and buying online at the click of a button, propitiate the perfect crop bald to spend more money than usual.
Fortunately for some and unfortunately for others, new technologies also offer services for the benefit of the consumer, such as applications to save money and help control personal finances.
📋 What you will find…
Apps to save money automatically
These are one of my favorites and that of many users, since many applications that previously did not have this savings system are implementing it, especially online neo-banks.
We add B bits to our applications to save since you only need to activate the Bites or saving rules and not worry. It works very similar to other savings apps that I mention below and also has a permanent promotion to win €5. Honestly, we have known it very recently and we do not have an opinion about it, but Mapfre is the company behind it and that gives us confidence. I want to earn €5 ➫
It is an app that won several awards and was rated as the best finance start up in the world in Silicon Valley. It’s as simple as downloading the application, linking a card or bank account and establishing one or more saving methods: rounding, withholding, challenges, automatic deposits. Which one is your favorite? The best thing is that you can choose the amount or percentage to save if you don’t meet your goals. It’s wonderful! I want to earn €5 ➫
Ok, Verse is not a savings app as such, but considering that give 5 € for being a new user and they also give you more money for using the app, it can also be used exclusively to save and make quick payments between friends. For example, you can make a rule of “do not touch the money earned in Verse” and use it for one of your dream trips or a treat that you have always wanted. When you start using it you will think why haven’t I discovered it before? I want to earn €5 ➫
🧾 Applications to save with purchase receipts
It doesn’t matter if your operating system is iOS or Android, all apps are free and available for you to learn how to save as soon as possible, no more wondering “where have you spent your money”.
🧾 Apply app: It’s as easy as buying the products, uploading the ticket and waiting an hour for it to be validated. You can collect the accumulated balance when you have €20 at specific ATMs that I have detailed in the post, so start earning money, NOT coupons. I want to earn my first commission ➫
🧾 Tiendeo: I love this app because you also earn money by scanning paper tickets. Also, you can withdraw the money through another app that we love. You also have the option of Paypal and bank transfer, so what are you waiting for? I want to earn my first commission ➫
🧾 the coupon book: every week you can find products from well-known brands of the P&G group such as Fairy, Guillete or Evax. It’s as easy as buying the products and uploading the ticket to the application, sometimes they give you back 100% of what it costs. Isn’t that great? Tell me more ➫
🧾 Promos app: It is an app that gives you money back for buying generic foods such as milk, tomatoes, pasta, bread or legumes. The funny thing about Promos app is that sometimes they pay you more money for scanning the barcodes of some products that you have bought. You can charge from €10. Use the code 1KFJC7.
🧾 Tickets: Why use two if we can use three? With tiketi you also receive refunds with your physical purchases and you can also participate in Draws and promotions that are constantly taking place. You can filter by Brands or by Map and thus leave everything ready before buying.
🧾 LIDL Plus and similar: I have put this example application but most supermarkets already have their own application that rewards you for buying in their establishments. The most common examples are direct discounts, specific offers, 2×1 or 3×2 promotions and even free samples.
Apps to save with refunds (cashback)
You already have two essential applications to control your finances from your mobile phone and set savings goals, now it remains to talk about those that allow us to save by making purchases.
Since time immemorial I have used the Beruby application every time I make an online purchase. Beruby is a cashback company to save when shopping, which was founded in 2007, when Social Networks did not yet exist and today it has expanded throughout all Latin countries. There are more than 300 stores that offer a commission every time you buy, so take a look on the web before entering the store directly. I want to earn my first commission ➫
I discovered this application by chance, thanks to Social Networks and since then it has become another essential. Have the highest cashbacks compared to others, although it is also true that they increase them in a timely manner. Without a doubt, it is better to enter all the cashback websites to find out which is the one that will bring you the most money in your purchase online. Check the full list here ➫
It has become one of my favorites because of its high percentages in cashback and refunds and mega promotions such as IGRAAL DAYS, where refunds of money spent are increased by up to 75%, amazing! I recommend that you check all the cashback platforms before buying since, depending on the store. cashbacks can vary a lot. Open an account in Igraal ➫
Other savings applications
There are hundreds of apps to save and control expenses, in this case we have exposed our favorites and those that we have tried firsthand. In addition to the existence of companies specializing in home savings, there is a fact that has become relevant in recent months and that is that the applications of Online banking is incorporating savings methods that already exist in other platforms but that had never been incorporated into traditional banks.
The most obvious example is BBVA and its savings app that allows you to create “saving goals” or short, medium or long-term objectives to achieve what you want, including forming a pension plan or saving for retirement. It also has the famous penalties in which an amount is deducted if you spend on certain vices, that you have previously established yourself.
If you have reached this article, you are probably also interested in applications to earn money, either from home, walking down the street or going to establishments.
Come on, if you’re not saving it’s because you don’t want to 😛
